If convenience is a priority, the proximity to the train station and airport shuttle access significantly enhances the experience. The staff were friendly and responsive, addressing concerns promptly. The rooms, albeit not opulent, were clean and equipped with Wi-Fi, AC, and essential tea and coffee facilities. Comfortable beds allowed for restful nights, essential after a day exploring the historic sites. While the hotel lacks luxury touches, it fulfills the necessities. With affordable rates and a solid rapport between quality and price, Fenice is suitable for those prioritizing accessibility amidst Naples' vibrant bustle.
